This page fulfills Meta's Data Deletion Callback URL requirement.

1. Request deletion from your account

Log in to Treisa Flow and write from your account's email to support at treisaflow dot com with the subject Data deletion, or ask our team from your account's support chat.

2. Confirm your identity

Only the account owner can request deletion. We verify that the request email matches the account's.

3. What we delete

Profile and workspace members, contacts and conversations from your connected lines, flows and automations, Meta integrations (ad accounts and access tokens), and associated technical data (logs, IP).

4. What we keep and why

Depersonalized billing (legal and tax obligation) and minimal security logs for 90 days. Nothing remains linked to your identity.

5. Timing

We execute deletion within 30 days of confirmation. Meta access tokens are revoked and deleted immediately upon confirming the request.

Meta apps

If you connected your WhatsApp or ad accounts through our Meta integrations, deleting your Treisa Flow account also disconnects and removes those accesses. Meta also lets you review and delete connected apps from your Facebook settings.
